Although she’s worked hard to create her brand, some people still feel the need to compare Lerato Kganyago to Bonang Matheba.
The Live Amp presenter, who has worked on several TV shows, has even been labelled as “Bonang wase kasi” or “Bonang-lite”.
In the past, Lerato felt the need to defend herself from the name-calling, but she has since decided to let it go.
Speaking to True Love magazine, she said she won’t ever talk about the Top Billing presenter in her interviews again.
“It’s done. That’s the last time I ever speak about that ever again. I find it weird that people never ask her about me, but I’m the one that as to constantly answer questions about her.”

Lala said she’s happy that she can now “confidently” refuse talk about Bonang.
“Before, I felt I needed to prove my character and work. Now, I’m just living my life and not bothered by such comparisons.”
