AKA claimed that it made no sense for top performing musicians to willingly take a back seat, in order to give younger artists the chance to thrive. He stated, “Now we must take a break so that other kids can get a “chance” … that’s the softest shit I’ve ever heard in my life. THIS. IS. HIP. HOP. NOT. CRÈCHE.” He also referred to his work as brilliance, stating, “Apparently you guys must suffer for a year. Be without my brilliance, so that abo skrrr skrrr can dominate”.

He concluded with his final thoughts about Scoop, who is friend of his, tweeting, “Scoop is my brother, my guy, but sometimes he can really talk nonsense.”
