Top Billing presenter and Cosmopolitan’s Sexiest Man for 2019, Fezile Mkhize, was announced 1st runner up at the 10th Mr World pageant 2019.

Fezile Mkhize, or rather Dr Mkhize (because this sexy man has got himself a medical degree under his name) had been crowned Mr World South Africa last month when he competed against 12 other chiseled finalists.

The aspiring cardiothoracic surgeon (which is a specialist who operates on the heart, lungs and other chest organs) then went on to represent South Africa at the 10th Mr World pageant on August 23rd in the Philippines, and let’s just say, he made the judges’ hearts skip a beat.
