Samkelo Ndlovu announced her departure from eTV’s soapie, Rhythm City.
Samkelo Ndlovu made her debut on popular soapie, Rhythm City as the rebellious Lerato. Unlike most dramatic off screen exits, Samkelo Ndlovu’s official statement reeked of positive vibes. Her level of professionalism remains highly commendable.
In the statement, the mother of one, sent a special shout out to the production company and her colleagues. However, had she had things go her way, the dread-locked beauty would have bowed out from the soapie in the year 2019. But the powers that be implored her to reconsider her resignation, as another villain had just quit around the same time.
Not too long ago, Rhythm City lost one of its long time actor, Jamie Bartlett. The 66 year old veteran actor skillfully brought the character of David Genaro to life.
