Lasizwe posted a skit of how learners used to take pictures during their picture day at school. The skit has captured the hearts of many who resonated with it because of how their former teachers used to throw shade at them for their tardiness, being untidy, constantly making excuses and forgetting to dress properly for their photo-shoots.
Lasizwe had many tweeps rolling on the floor with his skit because his fictional character Nomatriquency is hilarious and he does not shy away from embracing her broken English.
On the video, Nomatriquency – who is a teacher – is calling a list of pupils who are lining up for the photo-shoot and some are not dressed properly. With her spicy remarks, she asks one pupil who is wearing sunglasses why is he wearing ‘spectacles’.
She continues to win our hearts when another girl who is wearing false eyelashes enters and Nomatriquency says Mzansi’s renowned photographer Austin Malema is not the one taking pictures so there is no reason for her to pull out all the stops to look good as there is no red carpet at the school.
