The Skeem Saam actor has had enough of people assuming his sexuality and has decided to set the record straight.
In the comments section, a troll decided to reign on Cedric’s parade by commenting ‘He’s gay.’
Many fans decided to come to his defense and call the troll out on her behavior. Cedric also decided to clap back at the troll and put her in her place by reminding her and other homophobes what standing with the gay community is.
“Don’t talk about things you don’t know. I’m an LGBTQI+ Ally I’m not gay. Don’t say “facts” when you can’t prove it. I help gay and lesbians have equal rights like all of us. Pictures don’t mean jack get your facts straight,” he responded.
The gay rumours started in 2018 when Cedric walked the Feather Awards red carpet with YouTube star Lasizwe Dambuza. They came under attack by bitter people, after images of the two of them surfaced. Assumptions were thrown and many concluded that the two were an item. Many also started becoming disrespectful by saying it is a “waste” to see Cedric being with another man.
