A relationship that is seemingly on the mend is that of award-winning kwaito artist, Lvovo Derrango and house music maestro, Zakes Bantwini. These two were spotted performing together in recent weeks, which sparked rumours of a possible comeback. They made sizzling music back when they started out.
Speaking to this past weekend’s edition of Ilanga Langesonto, Lvovo confirmed that Zakes will be producing his forthcoming album, which is set to be released early next year. Though the album will be produced by Zakes, it will be released through the controversial Mabala Noise as Lvovo is still signed to them.
The local music scene is about to be set ablaze. These two created some really classic kwaito joints back in the day. Can the year just end already?
