Radio jog Unathi Nkayi reported for duty in her new workplace in pure pizzazz yesterday. The idols judge was recently unveiled as the host of the newly revamped ‘Midday Joy’ show on Kaya Fm.
Unathi made her grand entrance at Kaya Fm studios after she was transported by a chauffeur in a luxurious Maserati. In a video Kaya Fm posted on Twitter she can be seen travelling to work and getting emotional as presenters Thabiso Sikwane and David O’Sullivan welcome her to the team.
Unathi speaks about how excited she is about her new endeavour. As she arrives in the studio, she is welcomed by flashing camera’s perfectly fit to capture the life-changing moment of a queen.
The listeners have been very receptive, excited and longing to hear her voice behind the mic. Minnie Dlamini also paid her a special visit in-studio and showered her with flowers.
