South Africans have been enjoying the Gqom-wave for a few years and now the world is finally catching on. At the same time, UK vloggers collectively known as The Ubunifu Space have been filming and sharing their initial reactions to South African music in addition to music from other countries. 

The Ubunifu Space had a heavy initial lean towards our hip hop music but one day – after taking suggestions from the comments section – they came across Gqom music and never turned back. 

Their latest reaction is to one of the hottest and most popular songs in the music scene right now; Omunye Phez Komunye by the Distruction Boyz.
