Thoka recently got appointed the role of Siya on the soapie. According to a statement released by Rhythm City – Siya is a metrosexual guy blessed with good looks and a great sense of humour & style.

So how does the Siya character feature into the Rhythm City storyline?
Well, Siya comes into Mampho’s life while she is currently looking for a housemate for four months while Rene is away, performing in a muscial on broadway.
But here’s the funny part, assuming that he is gay, Mampho chooses Siya from the many candidates. Siya proves to be the best choice Mampho could have, and they immediately get on like a house on fire.
He is so perfect that Mampho sometimes wishes he wasn’t gay. She starts seeing signs that make her doubt her initial assumptions around Siya’s sexuality and she sets out to find out the truth.
Tiisetso has been doing great for himself as an actor as of late, we’ve not only seen him perform on Mzansi Magic’s The Herd, but we’ve also seen the young actor on shows like Isithembiso & Tshisa back in the early 2000’s.
