Baby Coco turns a year old today and in celebration of her birthday, fans got a full view of the baby’s face.
Shauwn Mkhize wished her granddaughter a happy birthday, “To Baby Coco, May God protect and watch over you in every step of your life. My wish is for you to live life with no limits and to grow up to be a healthy, strong and proud Zulu princess. Know that you will always be loved by your family. Happy 1st Birthday Coco. Blessed to be a Glammy to my girls.”
Andile Mpisane also posted the same video his mother posted, and said Coco is his daughter, “Happy birthday coco my beautiful daughter.” But he turned the comments off on the post.
But Sithelo was left unimpressed by all of this so she took to Instagram to state that her daughter does not have a father or extended family members until stated otherwise.
“As far as I’m concerned my daughter does not have a father or an extended family until proven otherwise. I’m purely dedicating this day to her and thanking God for blessing and entrusting me with her. We’ve been through an awful lot this year and a little kindness would go a long way right now. Please refrain from finding any sensationalism from anything around this,” she said.
This comes after reports from Sunday World, which stated that Andile Mpisane allegedly questions the paternity of both his kids with Sithelo. Through his lawyers, Andile sent Sithelo a letter demanding a paternity test to be done.
“Our client has in recent past requested that you both take paternity tests in respect of Baby Flo and Baby Coco to lay to rest the old rumours of infidelity on your part during the time when the kids were conceived, and instead of addressing our client’s genuine request, you opted to divert attention from the real issues at hand by throwing up allegations of abuse against our client.”
It was an emotional day for Sithelo indeed and she expressed those emotions on IG, “What an emotional morning it is. God, I thank you for your wisdom, had I not silenced the noise and listened to only your voice, we wouldn’t be here. Not only is this a first-year milestone but also a chance to thank you for your love, for giving me the strength it’s taken to get here single handedly great is your name, ” she wrote.
