Psyfo Loses His Brother And Grandmother In 2 Months

Media personality Sipho “Psyfo” Ngwenya has revealed that he has lost two loved ones in a space of two months. The year 2020 has not been good for almost everyone in the entertainment industry and Psyfo can attest to that.

Having lost his grandmother to the vicious virus COVID-19, he also revealed that he lost his younger brother just two months after laying his granny to rest.

Announcing that his brother has passed away on Tuesday, Psyfo revealed that he is tired of being strong. “I lost my grandmother to COVID-19 2 months ago. My younger brother passed away on Tuesday. Being strong is a skill I am getting tired of,” he shared.

Friends and industry mates have taken to social media to send their heartfelt condolences to the presenter and his family.

Former fellow presenter Sade Giiberti wrote: “Condolences my bro.  Words won’t make it better, and being strong can be extremely tiring. Just be. Feel. Mourn. Be angry. Be all the emotions you need to be. Sending you and your family so much love!”

DJ Dimplez wrote: “Ahh man sorry to hear that. Condolences to you and your family King.”

Rapper Cassper Nyovest wrote: “Sorry bro. May God give you strength and healing. Condolences.”

Catherine reminded others that the virus is still very much with us, “I’m truly heartbroken to hear of such tragedy. Another stark reminder for everyone that this virus hasn’t taken leave. Level 1 in SA still requires us to be focussed and deliberate in our daily behaviour and actions to protect ourselves, our families & those around us.

Just recently, House music veteran Oskido also revealed that he has lost his father due to the novel Coronavirus.

“It’s with great sadness to let you know that I have lost my old man due to COVID19, a great man who inspired me to understand the value of life. So long Mdala, rest well. I will see you again in the next lifetime. You’ve shown us a way & shone the light Akwehlanga lungehlang,” he announced. He received the most heartfelt condolences from followers.

Oskido’s friend DJ Fresh, also conveyed his condolences to the family and thanked his late father for giving the world, Oskido.

“My friend and mentor @OskidoIBelieve has lost his Dad!! Please keep him and the Mdlongwa family in your thoughts and prayers!!! Every single time we met, I would thank him for giving us Oskido, coz through him, 1000s of careers were forged!! #RipNtateMdlongwa.” he tweeted.
