South African actress, Nomzamo Mbatha, is bursting with pride following her appearance on BET’s Award Ceremony, which took place virtually on Sunday, 28 June 2020. The actress hosted the BET Awards International Locked and Lit countdown pre-show where she was able to chat with a number of international celebrities via video chat.
In a series of posts on Monday, 29 June 2020, Nomzamo shared visuals of her lock of the evening and shared a moving message of gratitude to BET. She stated, “There is no glory in playing small. Constantly trying to lessen yourself, when in fact all that you should be full of is you. Overflowing in every sense. We can only give what we have and what we are. So this is me. Giving light, giving love, giving fullness…giving black.”
Nomzamo is currently based in The United States of America as she pursues her role on Coming 2 America.
