We’re all forever glued to our screens in the evening for all sorts of soapies and drama series yet it seems that there’s a new drama series coming our way to keep us locked and you might be familiar with the cast, some of the actors starring in this drama series are your regular soapie favourites.
Former Rhythm City actress Nokuthuta Ledwaba is striding strong in the industry and it seems she’s got the recognition needed to elevate her career to the next level. Nokuthala was nominated for the Golden Horn Award for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Soap. So it was not suprising when we found out she’d be playing a major role in the Roots series.
Former Z’bondiwe actor Mbulelo Grootboom who was said to hate the character he played will definitely love his role on this new drama series as he will be starring alongside major international actors as well.
Veteran actress Nandi Nyembe is no stranger to our screens, we especially love her role on Isthembiso and we’re definitely convinced that we’ll love her role on Roots as well.
