Bona publishes four issues per month one in English, isiZulu, SeSotho and IsiXhosa. For the June issue, three generations of Mtoba women are featured, Linda, her mother Celiwe and baby Bean.
Linda in the issue shares what motherhood has taught her thus far & Celiwe gushes over Bean while giving insight into what it was like raising Linda.
Bean appears on three covers, on one cover she is being breastfed by her Mama and in the two other her cute baby bottom makes its debut.
This is Linda’s first cover as a mother and this comes just after she and Bean were announced as Huggies brand ambassadors. This was also the first time, Linda also showed Bean’s face to the public.
Earlier this month the Board of Directors of Caxton & CTP Publishers & Printers Limited (Cat), announced that it had begun a process of withdrawing from magazine publishing and associated businesses.
The magazines which will suffer from this withdrawal include Bona Magazine, Country Life and People.
