Lerato Kganyago’s journey in the entertainment industry has not been easy. The former Soweto TV presenter has had to work her way up and prove herself to people. And, the hard work has definitely paid off.
The SABC 1 host, who just scored herself a gig on Metro FM, is excited about this new chapter. After being rejected by the station for three years, Lerato has finally made it!
The DJ took to Twitter to thank each and every person who has been there from the start. She posted a picture of herself on Instagram and captioned it: “Thank YOU to each and every one of you that has held my hand through this amazing journey, from Soweto TV to SABC 1. Your Love and Support keeps the fire burning in me even through hard times. With that said … I’m EXCITED to be part of Metro FM. WE are part of Metro FM.”
Her fans were happy for her and congratulated Lerato on her radio job. One wrote: “Started as a dream when watching wits and swallows game some time ago …now this…eya pele (go forward).”
Another one told Lerato on the photo-sharing site: “Wow wow wow wowaweeeewa!! Go killz it @leratokganyago!! God is certainly speaking into your life…may He continue blessing you friend…you’ve done soo great L!!.”
What a great response from her fans. We wish Lerato all the best on Metro FM.
