It was clear from the replies that a majority of parents are not prepared to teach their children about homosexuality, let alone sex, even other members of the gay community.
Some Tweeps who supported Lasizwe and happened to be actual parents argued it would help to put an end to homophobia, they even shared how they handled the topic with their children.
