At the annual Comic Con festival which took place in San Diego, California this past weekend, it was announced that Kim Engelbrecht and Neil Sandilands will be joining season 4 of the popular CW series, The Flash.
This is a big deal because both Engelbrecht and Sandilands are well-known South African actors
According to entertainment website Deadline, Sandilands will be playing the role of Clifford Devoe, aka The Thinker while Engelbrecht will take on the role of The Mechanic, a highly intelligent engineer who designs devices for Devoe. They will also be joined by the legendary Danny Trejo (pictured below).
The Flash currently airs first on Vuzu Amp followed by Mnet City. So if you’re not willing to upgrade to DSTV Premium, you’ll have to wait to see it on MCity in a few months.
