South African musician and reality star, Kelly Khumalo, was pulled into the limelight today, 19 August 2020, after colourfully defending herself against a hater. In a tweet directed at the singer, a woman accused her of murdering her ex- Senzo Meyiwa. Although she is no stranger to accusations regarding Senzo’s death, it appears as though Kelly couldn’t take any more of the false claims made against her.

Kelly chose to use every swear word in the Zulu dictionary to attack the troll, causing pandemonium in the Twitterverse. Many questioned her on her defence response, whilst others defending her against the constant negativity, subsequently causing for to top the Twitter Trends list.
Fans believe that she is the most hated celebrity in South Africa, purely based on her past with Senzo, and urged her critics to focus on her music rather than the drama in her life.
