Cuteness Overload: Kairo Shows Love To Baby Asante

Yesterday marked 3 months since Africa’s number one female DJ Zinhle and her baby daddy Murdah Bongz, welcomed their first child together – baby Asante.

Kairo Forbes, Asante’s big sister, shared a video of them bonding on her Instagram account, and it’s one of the most beautiful things you’ll see today on your feed.

The video melted the hearts of her followers. Asante is seen sucking her thumbs as Kairo plays with her. Kairo chided her in an imploring manner, saying that fingers are not meant to be eaten. Kairo celebrated her huge milestone by wishing her a happy 3 month birthday.

Oskid recently gave fans a sneak peek at Asante’s face, but yesterday he shared adorable pictures of Asante that revealed the whole features. Fans theorized as to who Asante resembles. Many complimented her looks and reckoned that Zinhle makes cute babies.

Asante recently trended after Zinhle revealed that she wishes to have a blended family set up. On her reality show, DJ Zinhle revealed that AKA wishes to be a part of Asante’s life.

“I spoke to Kiernan about the baby. He said I’m quite a rebel. ‘You have another kid, with another man’. He said “your family must think you are such a problem,” Zinhle laughed.

“He said well obviously Bongani has a relationship with Kairo. So you guys can’t ask me not to have a relationship with this one,” she added.

According to Zinhle, she thought AKA was going to be the difficult one but she is surprised that he is not.

“Bongani is baby steps because I won’t lie… I thought Bongani is going to be the easy one about this whole thing and I thought Kiernan would be difficult but actually it is the other way around,” said DJ Zinhle.

“Kiernan is more open to the idea of having this family but Bongani is just taking his time. He is not in a rush and I also need to respect Bongani’s wishes and how he wants to roll this whole thing out,” she said.

Zinhle recently opened up about nursing Asante and said it is an extreme sport. In her opinion, people should have warned her that breastfeeding is not pleasant. “Breastfeeding kicked my a**, Wow!” she exclaimed. “Someone should have told me how tricky it could get. Anyway I wont eventually, but Wow,” she added.

In addition, many parents are overwhelmed with sleep deprivation and constant crying at night. DJ Zinhle and Murdah have been turned into zombies by their daughter Asante. “Murdah and I look like zombies from the lack of sleep. Our baby calm and she sleeps well but a new born is still so much work in the night. We are seeing flames,” she said.
