Uyajola 9/9 Takes A Break

Uyajola9/9 recently wrapped up production for the 6th season and fans are missing it already. The show which airs on Moja Love has become one of the country’s top reality shows and it dominates the Sunday night slots on DSTV with it’s action packed episodes.

As the show is on break, avid viewers have expressed how much they miss it. They say Sunday nights will never be the same again. Even reality show star Lasizwe Dambuza took to his Twitter account to ask “Where is our fighter Jub Jub”

The show has been pulling great numbers. According to Phil Mphela, with 1.5-million viewers for an episode that aired on 26 September at 21:30, Uyajola 9/9 retained its top spot as DSTV’s most-watched show. The reality show has now surpassed one of DSTV’s shows Gomora, as it is now the second most watched show in the country. Congratulations to the team.

Uyajola/9/9 is always full of drama on every episode. The show is hosted by controversial hosts Jub Jub and Moss Makwati . Jub Jub recently shared that he is after after SA celebs. He said he wants to expose celebrities who are accused of infidelity. In a video he shared on his Instagram page Jub Jub said he will be conducting an investigation on these celebrities first.

He mentioned the likes of Prince Kaybee, Mihlali, Da L.E.S’ baby mama, and AKA saying his people want the scoop and he might just focus on celebrities who are cheating on seasons 7 and 8. Some of the celebrities he mentioned were rumored to be cheating

Prince Kaybee admitted to cheating after a woman named Hazel leaked screenshots of their private conversations and his nudes. The musician trended on social media and the woman later issued a statement apologizing. This came after the muso threatened to sue her.

“On Tuesday, 4 May I posted a tweet with pictures and private conversations between Kabelo Motsamai (Prince Kaybee) and myself. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to Kabelo for the posts, and any damage that the last picture may have caused to his dignity, public image, personal life, and his businesses.

AKA was also been rumored to have cheated with Da L.E.S’ baby mama. In a letter sent to Podcast and Chill, an anonymous person,  claimed that Nellie was suffering in the relationship.“Nellie was suffering in her relationship, she struggled with cheating and abuse from Kiernan. It started last year when she had mentioned to me that she had tried to take her life after finding out he had been sleeping with other women. But what shook Nellie was when she found sexual messages on his phone [between AKA and DA Les’ baby mama.” read the letter.

Speaking about his beef with AKA on Lasizwe’s show Drink of Tell The Truth, DA L.E.S squashed rumours that they are beefing with the rapper “We were at the Spar the other day and we were just conversating so there isn’t any beef just because MacG said something it does not mean it is true.”

Speaking to IOL he neither confirmed nor denied the cheating allegations. “In moments of tragedy, there are no winners. It is with a heavy heart, but I choose to focus on the future where my family and love is the baseline; I think we need a lot more of it to go around, as no one wins in conflict.” read the rapper’s brief statement.
