Actress Connie Chiume had taken to social media to ask fans for her prayers before undergoing an operation.

She gave her followers an update saying her eye operation was a huge success.
“I don’t know how many of you watched my IG live on Sunday but for those that didn’t, I’m going in for an eye operation this morning, please keep me in your prayers,” she wrote.
Thanking fans for their well-wishes, the veteran actress gave a follow-up stating that the operation was successful.
“Operation was successful. Thank you to everyone who prayed and dm’d me,” she wrote.
The actress is enjoying some international fame after starring in the critically acclaimed musical film Black Is King and a Netflix original movie Seriously Single. She also stars in Mzansi Magic’s hit telenovela Gomora.
