Skeem Saam viewers could not keep their feelings and emotions intact after seeing the late Charles Maja, famously known as Big Boy Mabitsela, on their TV screens.
It was not so long ago where avid viewers were yearning to see their favourite father-son duo, consisting of him and Leshole, again on the popular soapie. Their return leaves a bitter-sweet feeling for fans as he will soon disappear for good.
The famed actor passed after suffering from a stroke on Thursday morning in Limpopo and sadly died at age 54.
His impact on the soapie is major and his storyline resonates with many South Africans. For that reason, fans called for Skeem Saam producers to respect the actor and not find a replacement for his role.
