Zimbabwe-born Sthembinkosi Junior Bikwa, popularly known as Bujy Bikwa turns 33 today.
Bujy who wears many hats as Actor, TV host, MC, radio presenter, and content producer is also a strong-minded, courageous, and inspirational member of the LGBT community in the entertainment industry.
Though the society may not have accepted his ideas or preferences as the norm, Bujy Bikwa ensures that he expresses himself without fear. It is this confidence that has kept him relevant and sought-after in the entertainment business.

Bujy produces his own stories
Bujy Bikwa has taken up the role of being a producer because he was not getting many opportunities at auditions because of his weight issues.
“I was getting a lot of ‘No’s in the industry in terms of going to auditions…I got so frustrated that I called a whole big meeting to say: “ok cool, what are you guys gonna do with me?” and the other guy was like: ‘You said you had a production company, how about you start with your own stories?” he said.

Self-love time!
Bujy Bikwa has accepted his weight-related problems and confidently defined himself as the world’s greatest supersize entertainer.
To further elucidate his point, he tweeted a picture of himself captioned:
“#Mornza don’t be mad cause I am cuter than the gay that’s thinner.”
Of course, the tweet was welcomed by many who loved his self-confidence and yet others were rather mean in the responses.

Instead of finishing his beef with Cassper, Somizi decided to take some shots at Bujy on Instagram with this message:
“Starting a gay beef. @bujy_bikwa wat u gonna do girl. This is how the beef was gonna go in the gay world.”

Arrested for stabbing!
Bujy’s fans were shocked when they heard that he was arrested for stabbing his neighbours.
Apparently, it was all a huge misunderstanding that escalated really fast.
Bujy’s brother Mpumelelo was attacked with a sjambok by his male neighbour and said neighbour’s son in law. Bujy was just trying to come to his brother’s defense.
