Former Generations Actor And Wife Headed For Divorce?
It has been reported by Daily Sun that former Generations actor Thabiso Mokhethi and his wife Gaaratwe have decided to end their marriage. Speaking to the South African paper, Mokhethi revealed that divorce isn’t easy. “Obviously divorce is not ideal and is painful. I’m hurting. I’m going through a painful experience, but I don’t overlook the fact that there are kids who need me to be strong for them during this difficult time.”

The last time the actor’s marriage made it to the headlines was back in 2015 following accusations of abuse from his wife. It was reported that things got so much out of hand that Gaaratwe had to get a restraining order against Thabiso.

The couple had been together for more than eleven years. Gushing over Gaaratwe in an Instagram post back in 2020, Thabiso had the following to say about her. “Queen of my heart! What a pleasure and a beautiful honor it is for me to call you my wife and life partner. The past 11 years have seen us grow through both amazing and tough times. I Thank God that we kept on and will keep on choosing each other and our Blessed Love.” He further added.

“I am proud of you, me and what we have created with our God. As we continue to Blossom I Thank God that I get to do this life thing Eternally with You My Wife my Elegant Angel! Hallelujah! Happy 11th Anniversary my Punku PieI Adore You My Woman my Everything.”

Many of us know Thabiso as Samuel Khumalo, brother to Sonia Mbele’s Ntombi from the original Generations from back in the day. He was also madly in love with Kagiso Rakosa’s Sharon.

Since leaving the soapie back in 2011, many fans have been asking themselves what he’s been getting up to. After Generations, he founded an events and talent management company called Living Righteous Entertainment. Shortly after, he became a presenter on Gospel Gold. In 2013 the actor lost his mother and brother in a car accident.
