AKA And Nadia Nakai Shares First Family Vacation Snaps

Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and Nadia Nakai were one of the biggest surprise ZAlebs couple announcement of 2022. This was primarily due to the fact that Nadia Nakai was best friends with fellow media personality Bonang Matheba before she started to date AKA.

Safe to say, their friendship took a left turn when the news of the couple were confirmed as Matheba unfollowed Nakai. Moreover, the fact that Nakai was signed to Cassper’s record label Family Tree, and with her new relationship also marked her departure from the record label. A lot counted against the couple’s survival. More so if you add the matter of Anele Tembe to the matter. 

 

But it seems that AKA and Nadia are proving naysayers wrong as their relationship continues to grow from strength to strength.  Especially, with the two seemingly now blending their families. 

 

 

Taking to his social media, AKA who has never been shy to love loudly, revealed that he and the love of his life were spending the first days of New Years together at Sun City. But the couple did not venture into the trip alone.

Not only did they invite AKA’s daughter, Kairo. But the vacation was a full-on family vacation as AKA brought along his mother, brother and a plus one. But Nadai brought her mother, her younger siblings too.

The family has been having fun together as they spend days at the swimming pool, go out for family dinners and even play together at the arcade. Whether this relationship does end in tears or not, one thing is clear, and that is AKA and Nadia are enjoying the ride so far. 

 

However, this is not the first time the families are meeting over the festive season. As previously reported:

It seems that rather than choose which of their respective families they would spend their first Christmas with, the couple opted to bring their families together to spend the special holiday together. As such, AKA was with his mother Lynn, brother and daughter Kairo while Nadia brought her younger siblings and mother to spend Christmas with the Forbes. 

 

Moreover, it seems that the couple wanted to spend special and present time with their loved one as they did not share much on the day of their celebrations. But this is not the first time that the two have showcased just how much they mean to each publicly and outwardly.

It seems that publicly, the Hip-Hop couple has made strides in terms of being accepted as a healthy couple. This is as AKA’s ex, Anele Tembe’s death under unconfirmed circumstances, and the initial abuse allegations of AKA getting physical with Nakai. 

 

However, recently, the two have pushed couple goals as one of the newest and surprising couples to have come out of 2022. A tall order when considering all the jaw-dropping surprise relationships to have been exposed this year alone.. Whether it was Nakai talking about how easy it was to bond and establish a co-parenting relationship for AKA’s daughter Kairo Forbes, or how the couple celebrated each other on social media.
