Wait! A-Reece Is Married?

Rapper A-Reece largely keeps a low profile, especially on social media. In fact there’s a time he left completely, which is why fans may not be as up-to-date with his life as they’d like. But finding out that he is allegedly married is a plot twist nobody saw coming.

One of the rapper’s many fan pages on Instagram recently shared a picture of a lady, captioned Mrs Reece. Obviously, it immediately captured the attention of fans, who then reposted it on Twitter. The photo caused an uproar on the platform as many were shocked at the announcement.

Tweeps could not believe their eyes and kept asking the fan who posted it to clarify what he means by “wife”. There were so many questions. A-Reece is married? When did this happen? We didn’t even know he had a girlfriend. And also who is this “wife”?

But the strangest part of all of this, is that this is not the first time that a picture of the alleged Mrs Reece has surfaced. Have a quick look through the rapper’s real Instagram page, @theboydoingthings, and you will see that he has posted pictures of her before, one in which she is wearing what looks like a wedding band.

So what is the real problem? Do his fans just not keep up with his life? Because it genuinely feels like this is something we should have known before, since her pictures go back at least a few months on his Instagram.

But that was not the only surprise in the picture. Many of his fans were also surprised at the race of the “wife”. They felt like they would have expected him to be married to a black African woman, and were split on how they feel about his wife being white.

Even though he keeps a low profile, drama seems to still find A-Reece. As he recently released his new album, it was met with a lot of excitement on social media. That was until the beef between him and his former producer MashBeatz got reignited, and A-Reece said Mash had produced nothing but garbage for about two years. Talk about losing all respect for someone you once held dear!

It’s not all bad publicity though. The rapper was recently applauded for featuring media personality Bonang Matheba on a song. It takes a real genius to sample an interview by a model and find a way to fit it in a rap song.

As loyal A-Reece fans, we are excited to see where his career takes him. But we have to say she caught us off-guard this time. I mean wow A-Reece, way to keep it on the downlow.
