Drum magazine is reporting that Prosper Mkwaiwa’s wives Tina Jaxa and Tina Dlangwana aren’t seeing eye-to-eye. There’s apparently tension at the late producer’s Mpumalanga home. Jaxa, who is still legally married to Prosper, told the magazine: “I’m Prosper’s legal wife and talking care of things here now.”
But Dlangawana, who was traditionally married to Prosper, told Drum that she wouldn’t allow Jaxa to run things in the house she shared with Prosper.
She added: “I’m the one who took care of Propser when he couldn’t even bath himself. Where was she?”
Prosper died on Sunday on his way to the hospital.
Don’t get me wrong, I hope we can find a peaceful end to this debacle; but am I the only one who finds it a bit funny that Prosper married two women who have the same first name? How many Tinas are there in South Africa and what are the odds of marrying two?!
