Speaking to Sowetan Live, Twasa confirmed that she was leaving the radio station as her contract was not renewed.
At the time, she also told the publication that if she were to be given a second chance to work at the station she would take the opportunity.
Lucky for her that’s exactly what she did this week after the radio station released its new line-up which included her.
Twasa will remain on the Monate Breakfast show alongside Nkunyana ‘Skuzabell’ Nkunyana weekdays between 6:30am & 9:00am.
Re-shuffle season on radio is known to occur in March every year and a lot of radio personalities experience the anxiety of not knowing where their future lies when it comes to their jobs at these respective radio stations.
The likes of DJ Glen Lewis posted this somewhat hilarious Instagram post about him not being sure about his future
Many assumed that he was referring to the re-shuffle and if he still has a job at Radio 2000.
94.7 host MantsoePout also expressed how she detests this time of the year when it comes to the re-shuffling of radio personalities.
She also expressed how she does not deem new shows to be necessary every year.
