Mome Mhlangu has finally taken to Instagram to address the ongoing social media uproar over the allegations leveled against her husband, Tall Ass Mo.

The personality and Toll Ass Mo’s manager had attempted to sweep the matter under the rug by posting about her struggles with abusive in-laws, toxic friendship and healing. But it is hard to preach Black love when your husband is accused of being an enemy of the same institution.
In a post making it clear that she stands behind her husband, Mome clarifies that their silence is not an admission of guilt but “choice to respect the law.” She then shares her husband and their legal team’s official Instagram handles that were elusive to many to direct any questions they might have.
In the lengthy caption she expresses that Lerato is the first to level such allegations and details the impact of the continued “attack” on her family. She ends off by thanking those that have supported them through the situation and shares her commitment to fighting gender-based-violence.
