He shared a video of the room he has been admitted to, and we can see his luggage bags on top of the bed. As a result of not feeling well for the past couple of months, Lasizwe has decided to take this break to focus on his mental health.
He captioned the post “One thing about me, I am not shy to express how I feel. I have checked myself into a Mental Health Wellness Facility. I haven’t been okay for the past months. I have been so depressed. I have decided to fight this by taking a break and dealing with this 1 on 1,” he shared.
His fans took to the comment section to wish him a speedy recovery and commended him for this brave decision. TV host and rapper Boity Thulo has also showed love to him saying sharing this will give more people the courage to fight their mental health issues. “Thank you for sharing this. And being so honest. It’s going to give so many people courage to be honest with Theo selves as well,” she commented.
Here are some of the reactions.

This is not the first time Lasizwe has opened up about his mental health struggles. Last year he deactivated his social media accounts saying he had lost his authentic self and had become too fake. He asked his fans to pray for him.
Lasizwe is not the first celeb to open up about his mental health struggles. Dawn Thandeka King recently took to social media to pen an emotional post saying she was emotionally tired.
