The year 2018 has been impressive on the hip hop front, especially with various hot albums dropping throughout. However Kwesta is of a different view, stating that most of the music thus far has been mediocre.

Kwesta is hardly a spotlight hogger, therefore many were disappointed that such shallow views came from an artist of his calibre. This also comes after Kwesta congratulated fellow rappers’, Nasty C and A-Reece on showing unity thus touring together on Nasty C’s coming up Ivyson Tour. Kwesta went as far as tagging fellow rapper, Blaklez, implying to the masses that his newly released album, Baby Brother, also falls under the “mediocre category”.
Kwesta called most albums that dropped this year mediocre and said TDK album is the best album to drop in 2018 …. Blaklez caught feelings when K1 Nkosi said that 😂😂
