Mfana Kah Gogo is a young 17-year-old Amapiano vocalist who hails from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The teenager’s career has just started picking up as he boarded a plane for the very first time in his life. He and his team were headed to Johannesburg supposedly for a gig, but on the weekend got into a car accident.

“We are thankful that a person is still alive, as well as my team. Jehova you are great,” he wrote on Facebook. Fans flooded his comments section as they were reminded of the car accident which claimed Amapiano stars Mpura and Killer Kau.

They warned him that he should be careful as he is a newbie in the entertainment industry.

Kagiso KG wrote: “Boy stop posting when you travelling many people are not happy about your success. They can see the great things you re going to do to change your family situation. So you gonna be tempted they will try by all means to stop you.”

Tumi Howard SistaBey Moeti: “The God you serve wants to allow those witches against you to see that it’s only the beginning with you, and nothing will stop you. I pray all is well with all of you. May you Continue to freely post Gods favor in your life, even in this situation, it’s your testimony.”

Brian Mbazo Railo: Please lie low for now until everything materializes because they’ll come hard for you young man. It’s very sad how some people don’t wanna see us do better in life.”

After posting that wrecked car he made a video informing his fans that he is okay.

A day after the accident, the young rising star signed a music deal with Sony Entertainment Music Africa. “Thank you granny for raising me. Just signed a first of it kind deal with Sony Music Entertainment Africa. Danko,” he said.

The future looks very bright for Mfana Kah Gogo who broke the internet a few weeks ago after a clip of him singing on an Amapiano beat. Many likened that he is on the same level as Zuma and Reece Madlisa – or even better.

Amapiano industry lost talented musicians Mpura and Killer Kau, as well as DJ TD and Thando Tot. They were on their way to a gig in Rusternburg where their vehicle collided with another man’s vehicle who was a fire fighter.
They had played a very huge role in the industry and their music has topped charts in the most impressive way.
