Things are messy between Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa and her ex-husband Black Coffee with one saying they have endured enough pain and suffering from abuse, and the other saying they did not do it.
Yesterday, the Empress was accompanied by gender based violence activists, as they made their way to the Randburg Magistrates court. The actress opened a case against her ex-husband Black Coffee this year after accusing him of physically assaulting her at her birthday party which was held at their marital home.
In a lengthy statement, Black Coffee said he has never abused Enhle, saying this is a ploy to keep him away from their two children. “I DID NOT assault Mbali, the mother of my children. I didn’t do it now and I have never done It before”.

“One thing about Boity? She will speak out despite the bridges she may burn. Her politics have grown so much — she’s so consistent. Good for her.”
“Boity really don’t give a flying f*ck. She’s alright with me. We can kick it”
“You always stand for the good ….you are never afraid to raise your voice in the midst of scrutiny…you never turn a blind eye You are a strong beautiful black woman and I love it So inspired”
Some are against the Wuz Dat rapper, and a few insults were thrown towards her:
“I don’t believe her, I’m sorry. Losing that kind of money is not easy, now she’s trying to make sure Coffee pays foe every little incident. And that my friends is divorce for you, I’ve been there.”
“For me its difficult to say I believe Enhle or Black Coffee, am pretty sure we all know what couples do or say when its break up time, I just hope Black Coffee ddnt do it coz we look up to him and I hope Enhle is not lying to make him look bad in public.”
You better do because her story is much more interesting than your album.
