Since President Cyril Ramaphosa reinstated the ban on the sale and distribution of alcohol with immediate effect, alcohol drinkers have not been happy peeps in the country.
AKA had a mini-rant on Twitter after the government incorrectly tweeted that the ban on alcohol and cigarette will remain in effect throughout lockdown.
AKA vented out his frustrations about the effects this will have on jobs. He said the government needs to come up with a plan to save people’s jobs. The rapper admitted that he misses Zuma.
The government later clarified that the sale of alcohol and tobacco products is prohibited under the current level 3 regulations.
After they had clarified that they made a mistake, the rapper acknowledged it and tweeps praised him for spitting fire about this topic.
