DJ Zinhle and her fans were celebrating this week after the release of Umlilo Platinum Video – the track has two music videos.
We know Zinhle is one talented lady, but it is great to see her showing appreciation to the legend Oskido.
Taking to Twitter, Zinhle tweeted how blessed she feels to have Oskido in her life. “Guys. I’m so blessed to have @oskidoibelieve in my life. We all are,” she tweeted.
Zinhle and Oskido have been friends and industry peers for years.
While DJ Zinhle was showing her appreciation, one Twitter user had to put his foot in his mouth with his comment; telling Oskido it was time to retire.
Ever the professional, Oskido calmly responded with: “Mama Miriam Makeba died on stage at 76 #,Bra Hugh Masekela blew his trumpet until he was 78 so WHO the Hell is @OskidoIBelieve to retire. Go and drink some water and mind your own business my king.”
Zinhle released a few snaps of the platinum music video of her hit single, Umlilo. The DJ is currently campaigning for the single to be crowned Song Of The Year and Oskido is right there supporting her.
