The Supa Mega teased earlier in the year that he and the brand were up to something big when he flew to Reebok Head Quaters in Boston.
#TheSneAKA trend sent many people on a frenzy assuming that Mega is dating a certain woman named ‘Sne’. It was just good wordplay on AKA’s side, however the trend was for a particularly good reason.
The speculations saw people anticipating a sneaker that is uniquely AKA’s. Now the rapper revealed that his long awaited collaboration with Reebok will be dropping on October 26. The first of its kind collaborative sneaker was co-designed by Nicky Heat.
The major deal saw congratulatory messages from his supporters and his queen;

Maybe it could be that #CassperSAHipHopNeedYou trended at around the same time AKA was trending. However, some of the tweets were just to point out that the South African Hip Hop scene needs musicians to stick with each other to grow, as some promised to rock the sneaker while dancing to Cassper’s music.
It was all love.
